Detector compliance for every unit, documented.
We inspect and replace smoke and CO detectors across your portfolio and give you a dated compliance report for every unit. One vendor, one invoice.
Liability
Colorado requires working CO alarms within 15 feet of bedrooms in homes with gas appliances or attached garages. Smoke detectors expire 10 years after manufacture. A tenant who removes a battery leaves the unit silent. A dated report per unit is the record that the devices were present, within date, and tested.
How it works
1. Send the property list
Addresses, unit numbers, and access notes. We quote from the count of units.
2. We schedule the sweep
One crew, one calendar. Residents get a two-hour window, not a single minute.
3. You get the reports
Each unit gets a dated compliance report: devices found, manufacture dates, what was replaced, and the test result.
Per unit
- Smoke detectors inspected and replaced when past 10 years
- CO alarms near bedrooms where Colorado law requires them
- Interconnect test when the building is wired for it
- Dated compliance report for that unit
FCL-X is a UL listed Class A wetting agent. It is not a substitute for code-required ABC extinguishers.
